How long until I receive my order?+
Your parcel is handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. From there it takes 7 to 12 days to most countries, and up to 20 days to a few. The dispatch location depends on the item and destination.
How can I pay?+
Only through PayPal. You can use a PayPal balance, or pay with a Visa or Mastercard as a guest inside PayPal's checkout. There is no Apple Pay, no Google Pay, no bank transfer and no cash on delivery.
What is your return policy?+
14 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging. We pay the postage if the item is faulty or wrong; you pay it if you simply changed your mind.
Do the products come with a warranty?+
Yes. If a product fails in normal use within 12 months, email us with your order reference and we repair, replace or refund it.
Who am I actually buying from?+
Vexytech, a sole trader based in Tbilisi, Georgia, run by Nika Kharauli. We source products from third-party manufacturers rather than making them ourselves.
Can I find your products in a shop?+
