Shipping and returns
Orders leave one of our fulfillment locations within 1–2 business days. The dispatch location depends on the item and destination. Most parcels arrive in 7–12 days, while a few destinations take up to 20. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise next-day delivery we can't do.
United States and Georgia
Delivery in 7–12 days after dispatch, tracked to your door.
Rest of the world
Delivery in 10–20 days depending on the destination and customs.
Orders over $75
Shipping drops to zero automatically in the cart, to any country.
How you pay
PayPal balance, or Visa and Mastercard through PayPal's guest checkout. No Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery.
Returns in 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
If the item is faulty, wrong or damaged in transit, we cover postage both ways. If you just changed your mind, the return postage is yours to pay.
