This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll answer in plain language.
Who is responsible for your data
Vexytech (sole trader), Tbilisi, Georgia, run by Nika Kharauli, is the data controller. Contact: nikakharauli1@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data — email address, and phone number if you register with one. Stored so you can sign in and see your orders.
- Order data — the items you bought, the amount paid, the PayPal order reference and the delivery address you entered.
- Reviews — the rating and text you submit, linked to your account.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, the contact form or WhatsApp.
We do not receive or store your full card number. Card details are entered inside PayPal's checkout and stay with PayPal.
Why we are allowed to process it
To perform the sales contract (order, delivery, returns), to meet legal accounting duties, and — for anything optional such as publishing your review — on the basis of your consent.
Who else processes it
- PayPal — payment processing and fraud checks.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) — hosting our database of accounts, orders and reviews.
- Our supplier and its courier in China — they receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account and review data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Email conversations are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to processing. Write to nikakharauli1@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

If this policy changes we update this page and the date below. Last updated: September 2026.
