Terms of service

Vexytech (sole trader), operated by Nika Kharauli, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: nikakharauli1@gmail.com. This is the party you contract with when you buy.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is added at checkout: $3 to the United States and Georgia, $5 to other countries, free for orders of $75 or more. Import duties or local taxes, where a country charges them, are paid by the buyer.

Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal. You can pay from a PayPal balance or with a Visa or Mastercard as a PayPal guest. We do not offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Your order is confirmed once PayPal reports the payment as captured.

Orders are dispatched by our supplier in China within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 7–12 days. Some destinations take up to 20 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. If a parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will refund or resend it.

You may cancel and return any item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and receive a refund of the item price. Full details are on the returns and refunds page.

If a product is faulty on arrival or fails within 12 months of normal use, email us with your order reference and a short description. We repair, replace or refund it. Damage from drops, liquid or third-party chargers is not covered.

You are responsible for keeping your account password private. Reviews must describe your own experience with a product; we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or written for a product the account never bought.

Georgian law applies. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
